Home Care Health Services
This service is offered at all three Schaffer Residence Locations.
The program is designed to take the worry out of home care for you. This will allow you or your loved one to remain in your own residence and minimize the stress and demands placed on other family care givers.
We will provide services that are recommended and appropriate to your level of need through our team of qualified care personnel. Choose our Home Care service and you can count on safe, and appropriate care from our staff to manage the sudden life changes one may experience.
We provide the following services in your residence:
Homemaking: Preparing meals, house cleaning, laundry, medication reminders and light personal care assistance
Assistance with all activities of daily living including bathing, toileting, transferring and assistance with medication administration that has been pre-packaged (blister packed)
Companionship and Transportation: Personal appointments, shopping, social interactions
Respite Care / Overnight care
